Hurricane Season

Were here! The dog days of summer are here now and Im feeling every bit of it. This is a reminder that it is also hurricane season and if you are buying a property, when we have a named storm in the Gulf of Mexico, insurance carriers will not quote and bind policies. This can affect your ability to close on that home you are trying to purchase! A delayed closing on one property can have a domino effect for others also. I want to send out as much positivity as we can to everyone affected by Ida in Louisiana, our family included.
