Its only June?!

WHOLLY MOSES, ITS HOT! Is it just me or does it seem warmer this June than last? Who knows, maybe its because I wasnt outside as much last June...I must be a gluten for punishment since I keep hanging out everyday! Welcome to Summer in Houston, Texas! Thankful for graduation ceremonies and end of school year celebrations to be finished up, our market has a few more homes on now but still LOW LOW inventory making it sometimes difficult for a buyer to locate their favorite one to offer on.
