Graduates, We Are Gathered Here

Tis that time for your favorite grad! All of their hard work and dedication has hopefully paid off...ask my parents, I had none of those things and mine surely did NOT. HA! I hope you have a great Memorial Day celebrating your family and any new grads. Onward and upward to the next chapter in life! 

A quick market update for you: we are still experiencing a large shortage in both rental and sale inventory. This is causing multiple offers on viable and desirable homes, favorable terms for sellers, and buyers going outside their typical comfort zones in terms of making those offers.
