April Didn't Fool!

As we round out Aprils....showers? and prepare for Mays flowers, there has been no fooling around with the market. We are preparing for summer time, understand that it is indeed still a sellers market. Many homes are going for well over list price with the contract acceptance pinned on an appraisal waiver or cash!
