Inventory Questions

Y'all, Houston has a shortage of inventory! We are seeing homes come on the market and be snatched up even faster than normal during the dog days of summer! The Houston market is resilient, we know that. Interest rates continuing to be low and the ability to buy them down at low rates is pushing the buyer market to purchase. Also, properties with entertaining spaces (where the family can spread out), pools, and home offices are really in demand. If you have one of these properties and have been thinking of selling, now might be the best time.
