Limited Service Listings

Hey y'all! A conversation came up today about a reduced service listing or what may be called a "limited service listing". There are many flat-rate listing services, or agents who only list a property on the MLS but do not represent the seller in a traditional way. There are many options in our market to get your home sold. Be mindful of what each of these services chooses to do as part of their offering or package level, and ensure they will accurately represent what you are wanting to convey and how you'll present your home to the market.
