Welcome to another blog! June has been a very successful month in the Houston market. We continue to have a shortage of inventory; if you are considering selling your home, do not wait! Folks are in need of good homes to tour and buy. Interest rates are remaining low, there hasn't been a better time if you are considering making a move. We aren't quite into the dog days of Summer just yet, we are expecting this trend to continue.
