What We're Seeing

BUY BUY BUY! Just kidding. What are we seeing in the market today, especially with COVID-19 and all of it's uncertainty? Buyers that are seeking homes are more focused on that purchase. They are moving with more intent. Sellers and tenants are hesitant to allow showings due to potential exposure, and that is to be expected. 

Lending institutions are placing a few overlays on their mortgage products to best weather this storm, also to be expected in my opinion. Lenders are able to lend, buyers are able to buy. We are seeing closing dates pushed out slightly due to limited staff in surveying companies, appraisers, inspectors, etc., but we are very much "making it happen". 

As always, you as a buyer or seller need to feel comfortable and have a plan in place to achieve success. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me to help with your plan.
