Welcome to the fall back!

Welcome to Fall! November 3rd at 2AM...I hope you change your microwave, oven/stove, and VCR clocks back one hour! We are almost to November and the Houston housing market is continuing a push upward. This is great for sellers and buyers alike! Our luxury market is down just a bit, but fret not, we are still working with buyers and sellers in that segment. Interest rates are continuing to hold low, which means you can generally afford more home for your money.
