Houston was able to experience some snow this January; I, for one, was excited. I was in shorts and a t-shirt for Christmas and I'll be honest, it's difficult to get into the spirit when I'm hoping for a cold snap. Arctic snap. Whatever works. What do you tend to like? My broker is not a fan of the winter months and darker days. I however, love it! 

Our market is showing signs of movement! I am seeing a lot of properties come online, price changes, and pending contracts; all very positive signs. I am excited to see how things continue, 2024 was a real show stopper. The wheels fell off for many! I am grateful to have wonderful and supportive clients and friends, so I am able to keep on truckin'.
