Augustus!

August is coming to a close! The pumpkins are getting ready to be spiced; the heat is still....on; the interest rates are still interesting. The market hasn't crashed. Our economy hasn't crashed. What do we do?

The market conditions, Fed decisions, economic changes, all of those are going to happen anyway. 

The summer heat is taking its toll on Houston; HVAC systems, and coolers, freezers, anything designed to keep things cold. Hopefully soon, we will have some relief! The rains, albeit not down in Africa necessarily, seem to be helping! And as long as it's not hurricane force winds, a derecho, or something similar, our power grid seems to stay powering.
