Welcome to the heat up? We've had some exceptionally beautiful weather days lately! I say it every year, I'm not ready for the increase in temperatures and humidity. I'd be very happy with a nice 60 degree day!

We are seeing lots of activity in the market, both rentals and sales. The price points that are continuing to move quickly may surprise you; they tend to be the higher end. Don't fret, "normal" price ranges are also experiencing good movement.

If you are not finding what you like with a home that is already built, remember that new construction is an option! Lots of builder incentives are available right now, aiding in the effort to keep the housing market moving forward. Communities are popping up all over, likely very near you.

Interest rates are holding steady, everything I have seen is 6%-7% on average, with most being just under 7%. Rental pricing has been fluctuating with some reductions and some increases; mostly reductions. A more balanced market in terms of pricing would be very beneficial to buyers and prospective tenants and may offer longevity in the home with increased affordability.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I am happy to discuss your specific situation with you and how we can tailor the solution to your needs. Thank you for reading!
