Summer Time!

Welcome to Summer in Houston, Texas! It is hot and humid 20 out of the 24 hours in a day. We hope you are enjoying yourselves. HAHA

As the excessive heat advisories come in, what seems like daily, we remind ourselves to stay hydrated and take great care of ourselves if outside. Your HVAC systems need your love even more now than usual. They are working overtime with no breaks. 

Interest rates are holding. Inventory is still lower than we need to have a balanced market. Do YOU think we will have the normal summer time rush of sales?
