Multiple Offers You Say?

Welcome to spring! I don't know if it's quite 'sprung' to everyone just yet; the weather is lovely this evening but not what I would consider spring. Our market does seem to be springing into action though! We have seen some appraisals coming in under what the contracted value is; this was a relatively common occurrence in previous-to-2020 through 2022 markets.

We are also showing good demand on properties which are presently on the market. Just this week, I had 28 offers on a listing. The price point of this listing was competitive, however, we still garnered more traffic than what would be considered typical for the spec of home and location.

Interest rates are being watched like a hawk from all of our lender partners and they are each getting creative in how to combat the rise and additional costs for buyers. If you have any questions on what this looks like for you, feel free to reach out!
