Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours! As November closes out, what have you been able to find gratitude for? Did you have a full belly on Thanksgiving day? Do you have a positive support system that can guide you when you feel lost? Do you have someone who answers when you call, that you enjoy talking with? If you haven't already, try to look at the simple things for gratitude. And do something nice for someone, especially yourself!

Now, if only our market would do the same and get us down to 3% interest rates! We are continuing to see days on market hold (no speed up and now slow down), interest rates to hold, and inventory balance. Mind you, we are still not in a balanced market at this stage. Rental property list prices have adjusted down slightly from the 'rush' earlier this year and they do seem to have become more easily attainable depending on the spec of the home and location. Real estate is ALL ABOUT LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. And Honey! Stop the car!. HA!
