What did the storm blow in for you? Right now, we're sitting at approximately a 7% interest rate. This does change affordability naturally for buyers. Do you have any fears in real estate? If so, what are they? Let's talk about them. The greatest way to move forward is to wrap your head around the fear you're experiencing and gain an understanding of how you feel about the situation that is bringing you fear. Once you're fully aware of it, there's not so much fear anymore. It's only how you handle you. That's right, how YOU handle YOU.

The real estate market ebbs and flows; this most recent storm blew in a lot of uncertainty depending on who you ask. Do we think pricing will drop? Sure. Longer days on the market, seller motivation to sell, and buyer motivation to buy always factor in. Interest rate changes cause cash to close amounts and monthly payments to change, sometimes significantly. Many feel that you can marry the house and date the rate. You've located a property that you love and makes a lot of sense for your situation. The interest rate you receive today won't be the interest rate you receive tomorrow, or in six months, or in a year. There are always options, some of them may stink though. HA! Let's talk through any fears you have; it's one of the best ways to overcome them.

Hopefully the storm blew in some nice weather, calming energy, and peace for you. Have a wonderful rest of your day! Do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions that you feel I can be of assistance with.
