New A/C, Who dis?

Yall, I am here to tell you that it is HOT in Houston, Texas. I have lived here all my life and this isnt the same sun that I was riding my bike in! I recently had to replace the A/C system in my home. It was built in 1999, and still had the original unit! Great A/C. Highly recommend having some if youre going to live here. It was WARM couple of days but we got it replaced quickly. Truly grateful for the work all these HVAC folks are putting in. Crazy hot up in these attics and tight spaces!

For the market, you ask? Interests have risen as you know if youve looked at any news publication in the last couple of weeks. Is the market changing? A bit. We have normal times on the market for homes, but still a smidge on the short side. Overall, I believe it places buyers in a good position to steady the market. Lets get some more inventory on the ground and well be golden!
