Welcome to Spring!

Wed like to welcome you to spring in Houston! Theres pollen everywhere, theres wind, theres warmth, theres rain and cold fronts, its amazing. We are experiencing a very similar market to previous months and seasons; very much a sellers market at this time. Inventory, although builders are building and sellers are selling, is still at an all time low. Due to this, we are seeing terms favorable for sellers on almost every home. To be clear, this is not every home in Houston. Something I do not touch on often is rentals and the market. For the past several months, we have been experiencing multiple applications (think multiple offers) on each viable rental property. Terms have been favorable for the landlords/owners because of so much interest. We have been seeing this portion of the market slow down a bit but nowhere near what we need to be considered a balanced market.
