If you are eligible for this program the grant is  $9,500.00 for resell property and $ 14,200 for new construction. I have more information on this, if you are interested in the grant program.

Another deal blowing in the wind are $0 down move in with new construction or $500.00 total move in This is a wonderful incentive for any first time home buyer or a buyer who is looking to upgrade or downsize from their home with little money out of their own pocket.
