Darling Homes is one of many homebuilders in the Houston area. The company was started in the late 1980s by three brothers who wanted to provide high quality homes whose design would stand the test of time. Darling homes was later taken in by Taylor Morrison homes in 2012 but the core values and Texas base have remained the same.

Darling homes are green built in select master planned communities to ensure home buyers can feel at home from move in. Green built homes are more energy efficient and better for the environment giving the peace of mind of a lower environmental footprint.  Master planned communities are designed to have just about everything a family could need right in the area – no need for highways or driving to another part of the city.

Designs vary by location and community but the quality materials used never varies. Because of this, all Darling homes have a structural guarantee and warrantee. The designers pull inspiration for a wide variety of sources to craft the homes including Elle Decor, Houzz, HDTV and even Pinterest!
