Carolyn Cooling is a University of Texas Graduate with 30+ years marketing experience. She is a four time Houston Transco Stair Climb winner, Legendary Service, and Round Table Award winner at Continental Airlines. Carolyn developed a passion for client service during her tenure with Continental Airlines and British Airways. In 1997, She joined International Demographics, and enjoyed 18 years there leading the client service team and managing major corporate accounts. After hours, Carolyn started Pampered Whiskers as a creative outlet, and a means of giving more to the homeless and neglected animal community.

As a bachelorette, Carolyn enjoyed living in a high rise downtown. She moved to the Houston Heights in 2006 after getting married. It didn't take her and her husband long to realize that waterfront living was in their blood. After a two-year-long search for the perfect home in the Houston Bay Area, Carolyn found the right spot for her and her husband (and 5 little 4 legged family members) in Bacliff. It was after the sale of their Houston Heights Home and search for a new one that Carolyn decided to bring her strong marketing skills and desire to help people navigate the sometimes choppy waters of buying and selling property into the Houston/Galveston Bay Area Real Estate arena.

Carolyn specializes in luxury waterfront, commercial, and investment properties in the Houston/Galveston Bay Area. She is a member of the Gulf Coast CCIM, and working towards achieving the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
