Dear Reader,

Not only Houston but the world is navigating through the uncertainty of COVID-19. I am still in business working home office, doing online meetings or phone calls, virtual open houses and showing houses by taking all precautions.

I hope you have not and will not be affected financially from COVID-19 . In case, I just want to remind that there are options that can help you pass through the financial struggles. Some of things you can do without paying additional interest or charges.

1- Call your mortgage company and ask for options to delay payments " you might possibly delay your payments for 90 days, without any interest rate and no affect on credit history.

2- Call you car loan, you might get a month or more of delay on your payment.

3- Call Utilities: Electricity, Gas, Water : You can either delay payments or pay in installments. " Some can be done online without calling"

We will pass these days. Most important is you and your families health. Stay safe and well.
