MANY HOME OWNERS ARE HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH PAYING THEIR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS. SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THEIR HOME ISSUES. IN MY 25 YEARS OF BEING A TEXAS BROKER I HAVE SEEN IT ALL AND I'M STILL LEARNING BY THE DAY. MOST OWNERS JUST STOP OPENING THEIR MAIL AFTER THEY KNOW IT'S NO WAY IT CAN BE PAID. I MUST SAY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT THING TO DO. THE PAYMENT DUE WILL KEEP ADDING UP AND YOU WILL BE FORCED OUT AT SOME POINT. SOMETIME MEMBERS IN THE COMMUNITY WILL CONTACT ME TO HELP SOMEONE. IF I GET RIGHT ON IT MOST TIME I GET THE PROPERTY SOLD AND HELP OWNER FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO MOVE. SOMETIME IT'S NOTHING I CAN DO BECAUSE THE OWNER WAITED TOO LONG TO CONTACT ME. I MUST ADMIT IT'S A LOT OF WORK,BUT IT'S WORTH IT WHEN I HELP SOMEONE IN NEED OF MY SERVICES. WHEN I STARTED MY REAL ESTATE CAREER THIS WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I GOT MY LICENSE. HELPING PEOPLE FIRST IS A MUST AND 25 YEARS LATER STILL WORKING HARD TO HELP PEOPLE. WHEN I HEAR A OWNER SAYING WOW WHERE WOULD I BE WITHOUT YOU MR.TAYLOR. IT'S VERY PAINFUL TO SEE AND HEAR THOSE WORDS FROM PEOPLE IN NEED OF MY SERVICES. WE MUST PUSH THE PRIDE TO THE SIDE AND PLEASE ASK FOR HELP! I JUST POSTED A BLOG ON MARCH 8-2021 TELL FUTURE CLIENTS I'M WORKING SEVEN DAYS A WEEK TO HELP ALL CLIENTS IN NEED OF MY HELP. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ALL CAN'T HAVE BANKER'S HOURS AND DAYS OFF! MY AGENTS ARE READY TO TAKE YOUR CALLS. I'M THE BROKER AND I'LL BE WORKING SEVEN DAYS A WEEK AS WELL. IF YOU KNOW OF ANYONE THAT MAYBE HAVING SOME FORECLOSURE PROBLEMS.
