I give them a list of home buyer education providers. This will educate them on buying a home and take away some of the
stress.
2. I MUST FIND OUT HOW MUCH CAN THE BUYER AFFORD
I ask the clients to create a budget with a mortgage payment plan that they should be comfortable paying.
3. GETTING THE CLIENTS PRE-APPROVED
I give the clients an option to shop around for lenders or I will give them a list of lenders I know in the business.
It's always the clients choice who they will select.
4. WHAT TYPE OF HOME TO BUY
I let the clients make a list of home features they need and want in their home.
5. TIME TO SEARCH FOR THE HOME
I always tell my clients to take their time. I always tell my clients I'm in no rush and feel free to look at many homes.
I tell them to ask many questions and feel free to take lots of notes.
6. MAKING A GREAT OFFER
Once the clients come up with a great offer. I will submit a signed proposal specifying the home price, terms and condition to
the listing agent and seller.
7. TALK ABOUT HOME INSPECTION
I always let my clients know this is a must please get a home inspection done. The home inspector will let the buyer know if
there are any problems with the home. This is always a benefit to the buyer before you purchase a home.
8. TIME TO APPLY FOR THE MORTGAGE LOAN NOW
9. SEARCH FOR YOUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
I let the clients know that homeowners insurance is a requirement by the lender.
10. THE BEST PART OF THE PROCESS IS THE CLOSING DAY
I always tell my clients this will be one of the happiest events in a life time. On closing day once the seller get the funds the
new buyer will get the deed and keys to your new home. I always tell my clients that home ownership is always a benefit to
the buyer.
