,Campbell's Green Bean Casserole

,Ingredients:

1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbells Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

cup milk

1 teaspoon soy sauce

4 cups cooked cut green beans

1 1/3 cups Frenchs French Fried Onions

,Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350F. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 -quart casserole dish. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 2/3 cup onions.
  3. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

Luby's Cafeteria Cornbread Dressing

Ready In: 1hr 10minsServes: 6

,Ingredients:

4 cups cornbread, crumbled

2 cups white bread, torn into 1-inch pieces (use day old or stale bread)

2 cups chicken broth

1 cups celery, minced

cup onion, finely minced

cup butter, melted

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons rubbed sage

teaspoon seasoning salt

teaspoon pepper

3 extra large eggs

,Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine breads and broth; mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F and lightly spray or grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Add celery, onion, butter, oil, sage, seasoned salt, and pepper to bread mixture. Toss lightly to coat evenly.
  4. In small bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
  5. Fold into bread mixture.
  6. Transfer to prepared casserole dish.
  7. Bake 50 to 65 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Paula Deen Corn Casserole

Ready In: 55 minsServes: 6

Ingredients:

1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (14.75-ounce) can creamed-style corn

1 (8-ounce) box corn muffin mix

1 cup sour cream

cup butter, melted

1 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix (just the dry ingredients from the box), sour cream, and butter and stir together until well combined.
  3. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven and continue to bake until the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5-10 minutes then serve warm.

Ruth's Chris Sweet Potato Casserole

Ready In: 50 minsServes: 8

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, sliced or cubed

cup granulated sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

12 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 9 square pan or 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla extract, eggs and 6 tablespoons of butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat with a mixer until well blended and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the sweet potato mixture into the prepared dish in an even layer.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and topping is lightly browned. If your topping browns too quickly, you can cover your dish with foil to complete the bake time.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes, then serve.

Velveeta Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ready In: 40 minsServes: 4

Ingredients:

1 (16-ounce) bag frozen broccoli

1/2 cup onion

1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

lb Velveeta cheese

3 cups cooked white rice

teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Saute onion until soft and translucent.
  3. Cook broccoli in boiling water for about ten minutes or until almost tender; drain very well.
  4. Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
