Trends that are making its way back this 2021

Interior designers at Living Spaces in California came together to highlight which trends are making their way up in 2021. Here are some of them!:

• Warm and earthy tones like terra cotta are growing in popularity.
• Grandmillenial style. Designer Shelby Greene said Its a different kind of granny chic, with more classic and timeless pieces and bright and airy rooms
• Abstract art such as warmer colors and landscape photographs.
• Layered hues instead of neutral tones
• Minimal patterns (like lines and stripes) instead of floral or more complex ones.
• Softer and warmer home designs instead of more modern decoration (like the use of metal and cool colors)
• Hand-painted art on canvas.
• Octagonal and geometric honeycomb tiles made out of marble or decorated with metallic hints.
• Rugs instead of carpets. This can help contrats with the floor, as designer Brynna Evans suggests.
