Welcome To The Woodlands: Grogan's Mill

Grogan's Mill is the original Woodlands village. It was opened in 1974 and is named after the Grogan Lumber Mill and family. You can reach Grogan's Mill directly from I-45. 

Grogan's Mill has about 5,100 homes and 13,000 residents. Students in Grogan's Mill attend Hailey or Lamar Elementary,Wilkerson Intermediate, and Knox Junior High.  

This village is also located close to the mall, Market Street and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion. Residents have access to many parks and jogging trails in this part of The Woodlands. 

The variety of dining in this village is fantastic. There are restaraunts such as Beck's Prime and Fuddruckers. Have a student who needs to take driving lessons? You'll find safeway driving school here!
