Welcome To The Woodlands: College Park

For today's third installment, let's discuss the Village of College Park! 

This Village is located north of 242 off I-45. It is close to Lone Star College, College Park High School, and The Woodlands Christian Academy. When looking at this village, You will find Harper's Landing and Windsor Hills. 

College Park is one of the smaller villages and provides 900 homes. There are about 2,500 people who call College Park Village home. This village is the only one east of I-45. 

A great thing about College Park is the proximity to the mall, market street and Conroe amenities. The Woodlands Mall is about a 7 minute drive from this neighborhood. This village is also close to the new Costco, Walmart, a junior college, and plenty of shopping! 

There are 6 parks that provide BBQ pits, swing sets, dog friendly parks, pavillions, gazebos, swimming pools, tennis courts, slides and soccer fields. A community pool is a great place to be on a hot summer day! 

For residents who like quick highway access, shopping, and that community feel, check out the Village of College Park.
