Thank you so much my friend for this post , but I initially applied for mortgage loan about 3 months ago with credit score 460 which all the mortgage companies turned me down saying that I needed a better score for them to be able to work with me. I contacted several credit repair companies which kept on saying I needed to wait for them to dispute the derogatory items on my report ( it will take 6 months just to remove one item). I ended up hiring them as there were programmers and it took just 11 days to get my 5 med bills/ student loan removed, They added trade-line to me credit line which I suspect boosted up my score drastically. I am currently in a condo with my family with credit score 710 and I can be happy enough to share with this forum . This was a life changing experience . The only cons about these programmers is that they are more expensive then the credit repair companies but they surly will get the job done .
