Drove around with a rental client today and saw 4 bungalows in the Houston Heights neighborhood.  One home stuck out to me in particular.  It reminded me of a place I personally rented when I was just out of college.  It was a great home in the historic Woodlands Heights neighborhood under $900.  I felt it was a great deal considering the location in one of the most popular Houston Heights areas.  The other 3 homes were very completely remodeled Bungalows in the Houston Heights.  One was across the street from a park.  Very charming.
