Post Harvey - Where Do You Stand?

While looking for Harvey data I came across this city lab dot com article that mapped Harvey affected areas.

We are six months post Harvey and while most people are back to their new "normal", there are areas still trying to rebuild to decide what their next move may be in their recovery.
