Agent Feedback Is Important
One of the most exciting times in life is buying or selling a home. As a home seller, the opinions of buyers and agents are important to the marketing of the home. Prospective buyers and their agents may see or notice things a seller does not. The most important way to communicate likes/dislikes/concerns/questions is through feedback after a showing. Showing services have feedback notices that are emailed to the agent who showed the home. It could be very discouraging for a seller if they prepare their home for a showing, but receive no feedback. The seller is left wondering why did their home not warrant feedback or if anyone even came in. Agents, please take a moment to fill out the request with your customers' comments. It will help your fellow agents successfully sell property which will build neighborhood data for your next listing. Buyers, please put yourself in the sellers' shoes.
