Have you ever wondered what your agent is doing for you? Things to consider:

1) HAR lists 184 items agents do for their clients; https://bit.ly/3wQhrJ3

2) Fiduciary Duty:

Fiduciary duty in real estate requires realtors to act in the best interests of their clients. This includes disclosing any conflicts of interest and negotiating in good faith. Fiduciary duty in real estate consists of six parts:obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accounting, and reasonable care.

3) Integrity:

What are the 5 attributes of integrity?
  • Dependability. Dependability means people can rely on you and that you keep promises;
  • Loyalty. Employers especially value and appreciate the loyalty of their employees;
  • Honesty. Integrity requires honesty;
  • Good judgement; and
  • Respect.

4) Both your agent and you are working towards a common goal of achieving a successful transaction for the largest and most important financial investment of a lifetime. An agent should LISTEN to their clients and clients should pay attention to their agent's ACTIONS. Does your agent CARE to do their very best for YOU?

Note: It's my goal as an agent to educate and inform the public about the varied aspects of real estate in order to benefit by increasing knowledge, therefore...SUCCESS!
