Look no farther, I’ve got a great place that will check all those resolution boxes – Glenwood Cemetery!

Located right off Washington Avenue not far from Downtown Houston, Glenwood Cemetery is somewhere most Houstonians haven’t ventured. Visiting Glenwood Cemetery is an interesting way to learn more about the history of Houston, as many of our Founding Fathers and Mothers are buried here. Glenwood even has a few celebs!! Should you decide you want to visit, the walking tour dates are below. Only four dates are available this year, so I recommend booking early! If you’re part of a group or organization that has an interest in visiting, private tours can be arranged. I hope you enjoy this piece of Houston history!
