As real estate is localized, it's important to look at specific neighborhoods not just at Texas real estate as a whole (as my previous entry noted that Texas homes sales were down in 2010 from 2009...actually decreasing since 2006). Inside the loop, we saw increased home sales in 2010 for the areas of West University, Southside Place, River Oaks, Avalon, Southgate (zip codes 77005, 77019, 77025, 77027, 77030, 77098).
