Can you negotiate when making an offer on a new home?

Making an offer on new construction is not the same as making an offer on a resale.
Everything in real estate is negotiable.
Keep in mind that when building a new home you can design it to your personal preference.
Inventory homes are usually where you will have the most negotiating power.
