The Green REsource Council will host our next webinar, Green Federal Energy Tax Incentives: How to Maximize Federal, State, and Local Programs on Wednesday, July 1 at 11:30 Central Standard Time (9:30 Pacific, 10:30 Mountain, 12:30 Eastern). The webinar will focus on Federal Energy Tax Incentives and will address the specific government programs and credits available, as well as who qualifies and some examples of projects and products. This one hour webinar is hosted by the Green REsource Council with Robert Dietz. Robert D. Dietz, Ph.D. is Director of Tax Issues for NAHB where his responsibilities include economic and legal analysis of tax policy. Specifically, Dr. Dietz addresses homeownership tax incentives, affordable housing tax policies, business tax issues, tax regulations, and government budget analysis. He has published academic research in many peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Housing Research, and the NBER Working Paper series. Prior to joining NAHB in 2005, Robert worked as an economist for the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation, specializing in revenue estimation of legislative proposals involving housing, urban development, and other business tax issues. He is a native of Dayton, Ohio and earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Ohio State University in 2003.
