As part of the Gov. Affairs and Pol. Affairs groups of HAR, we had a "field trip" to Commissioner's Court and saw the "Fireworks". Really, Judge Emmett and others handled the matter quite well in my opinion. After hearing some of the vendors talk about their livelihoods, it took on a rather "human" element. I really had not thought of that aspect of "Fireworks" before. All in all, I thought this morning was a most insiteful experience.
