IT IS NOT A GOOD TIME TO BUY LAND, BUT A GREAT TIME TO BUY LAND !!!!
Friends, can I just tell you, NOW is the time to BUY LAND !
Prices will not get any lower! Take the Minnetex area (Area 3, SH 288 - Beltway 8 area). There are pockets of land lots, acreage, and large tracts yet to be developed. It is projected by the year 2025, Houston and the surrounding area will have a 2.5 million person increase in population. These folks will have to have some place to live, work, play, enjoy life. If you are not able to purchase the land, get a group together and form an investment club. Prices are still good and holding, and you will not be disappointed. The main reason you will not be disappointed is "they simply aren't making any more land". So with having said that, take time to evaluate where you want to be in your short term goals, long term goals, and how you plan to achieve your dreams. I have several very good "investment" opportunities and would love to discuss them with you.
