Gun Barrel City takes its unique name from Gun Barrel Lane, an old, straight mud road (now State Highway 198) that connected nearby towns.Cedar Creek Reservoir: This 32,623-acre lake often referred to as Cedar Creek Lake; is the fourth-largest lake in Texas.
