I like to swim upstream sometimes

If you didn’t list this spring, I get it.

Life is busy, you had great intentions, but you blinked and now it’s fall again.

While most agents tell you spring is the best time to list. I’m here to say, anytime is fine but let’s talk about why fall is a great option and just might be my personal favorite!

Here me out…

Fall buyers are serious. The looky loos are gone. Who’s left? Buyers who need to move before the holidays or early 2026. They’re ready, qualified, and done wasting time. They want in and they want the tree up by December 1st dang it!

Inventory dips generally speaking. This mean more eyes on your home. Many sellers think they “missed the market” and decide to wait until next spring which means less competition for you. Huge win.

Fall just feels like home. Buyers are picturing cozy nights, warm lighting, football on TV, and that candle that smells like Cinnabon without the calories! A clean porch, a cute wreath, and a Hobby Lobby entry table styled with pumpkins to the 9s? I don’t know but IT WORKS! Fall homes show well, period.

If you’re even thinking about selling this year, now’s the time to prep not panic.

I’ll help you map it out so when you’re ready, you’ll know what to fix, what to skip, and how to stage it for full “cozy home” effect. We got this!

Just reply with FALL CHECKLIST and I’ll send over a simple checklist to help you prep at your pace.
