Pearland, Texas is ranked number 28th as far as population in the state of Texas. Pearland consist of 3 counties, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and Harris County. Pearland's total area is 48 miles.

In 2020, the population grew by 2.78%. The current population of Pearland is 129,147 but I am sure some babies are being born as I am typing this blog. In 2010, according to the census, Pearland's recorded population was 91,252. In 1960, the population was only 1500 people. In 1970 the population was 6,444 people, a 15% increase. It's been increasing ever since.
