TSAHC offers a non repayable grant of up to 5% of the loan amount in the Texas Heroes Program for Teachers, Police Officers, Firemen, Veterans and others as well as the Home Sweet Home Program for everyone else.
  • 620 Minimum Credit Score
  • Max purchase price $304,941 Non-Targeted, $372,706 Targeted
  • Max income limit $86,135 Non-Targeted or $104,860 Targeted (*Don’t have to use both borrowers income*)
  • DOES NOT have to be 1st time home buyer. NO MAX DTI (debt to income), up to program limit
