I kinda like the show that comes on HDTV called, Property Virgins. Remember buyers, this is t.v. and they have 30 min to air the entire process. I do love working with property virgins because I was one myself 10 years ago and it can be a scary process and you definitely do not want to get burned, in so many words. Rest assure, unlike the show 1. You will not GUESS the price of the homes I show you, you will know before we go out! 2. You will see the homes online before hand so the disappointments will be less. 3. I will always do a mini homework assignment on the neighborhood and compare similar prices before I ask you to tell mewhat you feel comfortable with offering. 4. THERE IS NO CAMERA CREW. ;-) Yes Can You Believe It?
