Bridgewood Property Company Breaks Ground For The Village At The Woodlands Waterway

Houston-based developer Bridgewood Property Company recently broke ground for The Village at The Woodlands Waterway, a senior living rental residential community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC).

Located at the southwest corner of Grogan’s Mill Road and Lake Robbins Drive on The Woodlands Waterway®, The Village at The Woodlands Waterway will contain 207 units and approximately 250,000 square feet. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2011.
           
The Village at The Woodlands Waterway will include extensive common areas including a dining room overlooking The Waterway; a living room, library, bridge room, theater and fitness center with indoor pool. Other amenities and services offered to residents will include flexible meal programs; controlled access parking; scheduled activities, events and transportation; a billiards room; computer room; 24-hour on-site management; cultural guild programs; landscaped courtyards; and spacious lobbies and seating areas throughout the building. Studio, one bedroom, one-bedroom plus study and two-bedroom apartments will be offered.
