Where did the month of July go? Here we are in August with our summer vacations coming to an end and the new school year ready to begin. The weather in The Woodlands (and all of Texas for that matter) has been very hot with drought-like conditions imposing restricted landscaping watering. June and July were record-setting months for the 'ole heat index, and there's nothing on the horizon that indicates August will be any cooler.

Like the weather, our local real estate market has been hot and very brisk. If homes are priced correctly, de-cluttered and staged appropriately, we see homes selling in 30 days or less, with some homes recieving multiple offers!

My team and I take great pride in our approach to positioning and marketing residential real estate in The Woodlands. We compile all the necessary research data to help sellers understand the market dynamics and to aid in selecting the appropriate pricing strategy. We also provide our Accredited Staging Professional services to our clients as a free service to enhance the marketability of the home.

We then conduct professional photography and videography sessions to showcase our listings in the best possible light. As part of our 'multi-media' marketing strategy, we also syndicate our listings with their photos and videos to every major real estate search portal and website.

Helping sellers with our full-service, multi-media marketing system is the fun part of our job; we really enjoy doing these things for our sellers. All of our activities are designed to stir excitiment within the Realtor community and with consumers who are searching online for the perfect home. More excitement creates more showings which ultimately leads to a great purchase offer.

If you are thinking about selling your property within the next six months, give me a call and lets get acquainted. I will be happy to share with you what the market is doing, and what I think would be the best strategy for you to market your home.

In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your summer! Kayelin
