Is this an ideal kitchen and why?

In a world of right now, is this kitchen too much or not enough? I ask this question, because in a sea of buyers and credit flaws. I am constantly overwhelmed with buyers that want the image that I have posted but truly can't afford it. Lets talk about this. How do we fix this?
