If you’re online, especially social media, you wouldn’t be blamed for thinking the housing industry is crashing. Those headlines are geared for one thing — clicks. The truth is, things are actually stabilizing. In fact, when it comes to the available number of homes for sale, we’re returning to a market that looks very similar to 2019.  I'm listing and selling homes within a month and in some cases within a few weeks of listing them on the open market.

A major driving factor of some homes staying on the market longer than this is due to outdated marketing plans and a lack of understanding what buyer's are looking for in the market today.
