Vote Jay Clemente for HAR Board of Directors - Medium Firms

My dear friends of HAR, I'm Jay Clemente, President of Realty World Uptown and I'm standing before you to ask for your vote in the medium firms category for Houston Association of Realtors Board of Directors. I am that servant leader that represents three generations of public service. Growing up, I've been exposed to servant leadership through my grandfather who was town mayor for decades and my father who has showed me the real estate business all of my life. I have followed these great servants as well as many others so I too can serve others.

I've been there, I've experienced the real estate market since 1999 rise and fall and fall and rise and fall again. I know how it's like to shift from all of these markets and to not only to survive but thrive but the hits in our lives only makes us stronger and I apply those same life experiences to today.

I've served in 5 different advisory boards in HAR since 2009, I have been NRG's Communications Chair back to back in 2011 & 2012 and currently NRG's Promotions and Marketing Co-Chair. 2014 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award Winner, Graduate of Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2012, major investor in TREPAC and I currently sit alongside many other world leaders in our HAR International Advisory Board this year.

I believe in bringing what the world has to offer to our local board and staying innovative and embracing diversity will unite the strong association that we are currently in.

We are all in this together, this is all about us, big, medium and small, we are all in this together as world changers, we can keep our winning association strong.

Representing a part of you with heart will be a heart beat of this association and I would like to be that leader as the right leader you choose can make all the difference in the world.
