With the Tax Credit off the table now, most folks have an opportunity to take advantage of all the terrific foreclosure deals.
Houston has been under seige from hungry investors who know that Houston is a great place to invest.
After working the city over to find great bargains for investors, you find that there are still a lot of great opportunities still out there.
It certainly pays to have an agent show you foreclosures because a knowledgeable agent will show you potential problems with homes that may need a ton of work just to bring it up to speed.
You could save yourself valuable time and resources by having an agent help you during your selection process.  Especially with newer investors or investors not familiar with the Houston area and the potential problems that we sometimes encounter here.
So, before you go bargain hunting for those great deals.  Let an agent give you the skinny on what homes to be serious about and which homes to steer clear.
